Adrian Bitela is an Army veteran and the inspirational co-founder of F.O.B. Del Rio. Drawing on his service experience and passion for veteran advocacy, he established this nonprofit to bridge critical gaps in housing, mental health support, and reintegration services for homeless veterans. Under his leadership, the organization has built tiny‑home communities with support from HUD’s Community Project Funding, securing vital resources to ensure veterans have a safe place to begin rebuilding their lives.

Co-Founder/Vice President
Chris Villarreal serves as Vice President for F.O.B. Del Rio and a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran. As Vice President, Villareal brings invaluable leadership experience, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of veterans’ transition challenges. In his executive role, he helps shape strategic planning, fosters key partnerships, and ensures the organization runs efficiently to support homeless veterans. His commitment to service extends beyond uniform. Villareal also serves as Outreach Coordinator, leading community engagement efforts, forging vital partnerships and representing the organization in local initiatives—such as helping present Del Rio’s city proclamation declaring it a “Purple Heart City” in recognition of support for veterans.

Co-Founder/Chief Financial Officer
A retired U.S. Marine Corps veteran who oversees the nonprofit’s financial strategy and resource allocation. A seasoned veterans case manager at West Texas Counseling and Guidance, Barrientos brings a deep understanding of veterans’ needs and local community dynamics. He plays a pivotal role in securing and managing critical funding.

Alex Lemarr brings proud service as both an Army and Marine Corps veteran to the team. With experience in multiple branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, Lemarr provides a strong foundation of discipline, integrity, and respect. In his role, he ensures safe, structured environments during events and meetings—upholding organizational order so the team can focus on their mission.

Francisco Sandoval serves as the media coordinator for F.O.B. Del Rio and a proud U.S. Marine Corps and Army Veteran. As media coordinator, Sandoval creates content for the F.O.B. social media sites including video coverage, photography and event promotion.
